Tasting Notes: A forward, soft and supple version of Tempranillo from La Mancha where the hot and dry climate produces low yielding, yet intense fruit full of flavour. Charming nose of black plum and black cherry and wild herbs. Rich and round with smooth tannins and subtle spice notes on the finish.

Food Pairing: Spicy stews, or a mushroom risotto.
