Nattrass did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish... Sally met up with me a few times beforehand to discuss exactly what I wanted and to ensure she got everything perfect... she gave us advice and suggestions, and I always knew I could ring or email with any questions I had!
On the day of the wedding, the flowers were delivered to different locations and they were absolutely beautiful... from the buttonholes to my bridesmaid bouquets to flowers at the church they were all absolutely gorgeous and so many people commented on how lovely my flowers were.

The flowers we received from Nattrass for our wedding in July were absolutely perfect and just what I had imagine. My knowledge on flowers is quite slim so I had put complete faith in them understanding my vision (and a handful of Pinterest images). They were also so understanding when we changed our minds on a few ideas, even when we added more flowers onto our day 2 weeks before the day! The flowers nearly lasted 3 weeks and they smelt so beautifully. I couldn’t recommend the team enough!

The flowers were for my Mother’s 80th Birthday. This is the first time I have ordered from Nattrass. I have always used inter-flora but felt disappointed with the same floral arrangements they use year after year. The floral arrangements on the Nattrass website looked beautiful but you always wonder if this is what you will receive. My Mother received her flowers and said they made her cry and that they were truly the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. The service was great and they truly delivered in every way. Apologies for the delay, but just wanted to send you a special thank you for your patience and beautiful crafted bouquets, button holes and jam jars for our wedding. They were truly beautiful and perfect, and exactly what I wanted. I struggled to explain it and it took a couple of go’s as I don’t know flowers very well, but had a specific style in mind. So thank you for patiently dealing with me and providing such a high class of service. I adored them, and got so many great compliments.
Thank you also for arranging the tables best to suit the jam jars. I went into Hall Garth the night before panicking about how over crowded the tables looked ( before we had the flowers!! ) and can’t thank you enough for recommending the glass mirror centre pieces, the way you arranged it all looked perfect. I got a great surprise walking into that room when it was all done. Makes all the hard work worth while when you see pretty results like that. The flowers lasted ages too, guests enjoyed taking the jars home. I’m truly over the moon. If you ever need a recommendation or vote for anything, give me a shout!

Flowers by Nattrass were our chosen florist for our wedding at Rockliffe Hall. Right from our initial discussion with Sally at the Rockliffe Wedding Fayre it was obvious that she “got it” right away and that she had a vast amount of experience to bring to bear which helped since some of our guests had varying degrees of pollen and flower allergies. I even ordered my mum’s Mother Day from you this year. She lives in Birmingham and she loved them. I even had a chance to see them 2 and half weeks after Mother’s Day.
The rooms were laid out exactly as requested and helped create a great ambience. My bouquet complemented my dress perfectly together with the bridesmaids bouquets, fresh flowers for the hair, the thank you bouquets and the buttonholes for the rest of the wedding party. We had the most amazing wedding flowers. A fantastic team. They made us feel that ours was the only wedding they were dealing with and were very flexible with our last minute changes. Our flowers arrived at the venue in plenty of time and well presented. After the wedding the flowers lasted approx 10 days and I now have a beautiful dried bouquet which has been framed and is a constant reminder of our fabulous day.
