Tasting Notes: Produced in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, where the Meditteranean breezes cool the vineyards and allow Delsol to create this refreshing, citrus-laced white wine. Beautifully fresh and brimming with crisp green fruit and lime.Vibrant and exciting nose of green apple and pear with underlying lemon citrus and lime. Fresh, crisp and racy on the palate with a mineral backbone that provides focus and direction. A super wine that is growing in popularity!
Food Pairing: Picpoul, the great refresher of southern France is a seafood wine all the way - try with vinegar-laced raw oysters, or crisp fried calamari if that’s more your thing.
