We've got Christmas covered!

What an Autumn it’s been! Following some good sunny spells in the spring and September and some nurturing dampness in the summer, the golds, reds, purples, russets and oranges that provide a burst of joy before the winter months have been particularly vivid this year.

With the evenings drawing in and with lockdowns in place, it’s perhaps more important than ever that we take the time to notice nature (a great medicine for our mental health) and to drink in the colourful landscapes that we can see at this time of year.

As the colourful leaves start to disappear outside, Flower by Nattrass can help bring some Autumn vibrancy to you inside with our themed bouquets and cut flowers. Did you know that flowers are scientifically proven to boost your mood (releasing happy hormones like oxytocin in the brain)? So, if ever there was a reason to treat yourself, as well as someone else, then this is surely it! Our website showcases a range of options which are available and we also offer the option of cut flowers, simply wrapped in paper, if you would prefer to arrange them yourself.

The dawning of the winter means our preparations for Christmas are truly heating up! We’re particularly excited about our Christmas wreath kits which have been created to bring you festive cheer now that our usual workshops aren’t able to run.

The easy-to-make kits, available to order on our website soon in three colour options, are just £35 and come with everything you need. Literally all you’ll require is a good, sturdy pair of scissors. In no time at all, using our video and instruction guide, you will have a stunning wreath to hang and enjoy for weeks to come!

Speaking of Christmas, how are your preparations coming along? Has your approach to shopping changed due to Covid-19?
